Mangan: Honorable Governor of Sikkim, Mr. Om Prakash Mathur, is on a two-day visit to Mangan district. On the second day of his visit, he explored the breathtaking Yumthang Valley and admired its natural beauty. He described the valley as a destination of infinite possibilities in the tourism sector and encouraged more tourists to visit.
The Governor also visited the 11th channel of the India-Tibet Border Force at Peygong, Chungthang. He met with the soldiers, appreciated their service and dedication to the nation, and expressed gratitude for their commitment.
During his visit, the women’s team of the India-Tibet Border Force honored him with a Guard of Honor, which he highly praised.
