Union DoNER Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on 3 day State visit: will be attending State Day Celebrations in the presence of Vice President CP Radhakrishnan.
Namchi/Gangtok:15th May:Union Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region, Jyotiraditya Scindia, on the second day of his Sikkim tour, visited the Temi Tea Garden ,South Sikkim. Minister , experienced plucking tea leaves with woekers ,interacting with one of the two Tea Gardens of Sikkim.People ,who came across Minister Scindia,were very much sirprised by his fluency in Nepali language,the lingua franca here.
Earlier ,Minister Scindia ,also visited Khangchendzonga State University ,which is being constructed,partially funded @Rs 9.61 crores by Ministry of DoNER ,Bhaleydhunga skywalk -a tourist destination ,interacted with Stidents and Sportspersons.
Union Minister is on a 3 day visit to Sikkim and is scheduled to attend the State Day Celebrations on 16th May26.
