Gangtok:30th Sept: CM PS Tamang, hosted a thanksgiving dinner at Samman Bhawan today for the NSG trainers, led by Squadron Commander Ritesh Kumar, in appreciation of their valuable contribution to strengthening the professional capabilities of our security personnel.
Under the Special Branch, Sikkim Police, our Government conducted a month-long specialised training module for PSOs and CPTs on VIP security, with expert trainers from the National Security Guard (NSG) imparting advanced training and practical insights.
‘I am pleased to learn that our officers performed exceptionally well throughout the training. Their dedication and commitment are truly encouraging,’ said CM Tamang.
CM has extended gratitude to the entire NSG training team for sharing their expertise and for their valuable contribution towards further strengthening the security preparedness and capabilities of State personnel.
‘Our commitment remains to ensure continuous professional training and capacity-building of our police personnel, ‘ said Tamang.
