Gangtok: Nature Conservation Society ,popular as Butterflies and Months of Sikkim,has been promoting Butterfly Tourism through their stall at MG Marg.They even conducted workshops.
The BAMOS,involved in identification and documentation of Butterflies .They have also brought out colourful booklets on Birds of Sikkim and of course the Butterflies.
The nature loving members led by President BAMOS Nawang Gyatso Bhutia,(also a Journalist- Sikkim Darpan ) joined by Sonam Wangchuk
Lepcha ,with others happily gave away lovely colourful posters and booklets to students to attract their attention towards nature conservation and to generate awareness regarding lovely Butterflies and Birds of Sikkim.
The society has made lovely posters of rate butterflies and moths also.
