Gangtok:9th Sept:Senior Citizens and Old Axis Customers had a very enlightening and encpuraging day, during the starting of weeklong Sparsh Programme.
Branch Head,Axis, Tsewang Sherpa, told them about the Govt schemes available, including PMJDY, PMJJBY, APJ , PMSBY and a few more.
While Operation Head Subarna Pradhan ka highlighted digital banking and Nomination. She said nomination should always be done, otherwise if it is not done money will go to unclaimed deposits, on account holders death.
Deputy Managers,Uma Chettri and Sonam Palmu discussed digital fraud. Susmita Sharma explained them safety tips and asked them not to share OTP and links with anyone.Kshitij and Akash J Patgiri highlighted Axis facilities.
All the other employees of Axis MG Marg were present and joined in the discussion.
Earlier all the Senior Citizen Customers, Present customers and Old loyal customers were offered khada.
Sparsh Week is observed every year by Axis bank throughout the country.Now in its 4th year the flagship programme is aimed at connecting to customer, strengthening relationship,generating awareness about Govt schemes and awareness regarding new issues related to cyber fraud and others.
