Gangtok:3rd Sept: CM PS Tamang,chaired the 5th meeting of the Governing Board of the State Institute of Capacity Building (SICB) at Samman Bhawan today.
‘ Institute’s physical and financial progress since inception,has been reviewed ,as also the proposed action plan for the current fiscal year, and the integration of various skilling programmes to further strengthen capacity building and skill development.’
CM ,also gave necessary directions to the concerned officers for the effective implementation of the decisions taken and emphasised the need for focused and result-oriented efforts to further enhance the role of SICB as a key institution for capacity building and skill development in Sikkim.’

Commitment to strengthening institutional capacity, empowering youth through skills, and creating greater opportunities for learning, growth and employment across Sikkim was asured.
