Gangtok:20th April: CJ India Justice Surya Kant is expected at the National Conference on Technology & Judicial Education-1st & 2nd May’26.
53rd Chief Justice of India,will be joined by Judges from across the nation and ambadsadors of different countries.
Sikkim Judiciary has said to be using technology to some extent,with rules framed for Video conferencing,under e-Court project.Concerned personnel have been trained,like in other parts of the country.
Use of Artificial Intelligence,added Digital infrastructure and other innovative practices to be adopted or otherwise with feasibility are likely to come up for discussion,at the national meet.
Chief Secretary R Telang Chaired a meeting to review the preparations for the ensuing Conference organised by the High Court of Sikkim.The meeting was attended by representatives from Army ,Police and dofferent Govt Departments also.
