Gangtok,11th Oct: Chief Minister PS Tamang ,attended the launching of DDKY by PM Narendra Modi virtually today.As also the inauguration/foundation stone laying of various key schemes and projects of the Government of India by Prime Minister , Narendra Modi ji .
‘During the event, the Prime Minister launched PM Dhan Dhaanya Krishi Yojana and a six-year Mission for Aatmanirbharta in Pulses in New Delhi, aimed at boosting self-reliance in agriculture. He also inaugurated numerous projects dedicated to the nation under the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund, Animal Husbandry and Food Processing Industries’.
‘On this occasion, the Prime Minister distributed certificates to a group of farmers practicing natural farming, certified MAITRI technicians, and PACS institutions that have successfully transitioned into PMKSKs and CSCs.’
‘The event also marked the celebration of major achievements and initiatives which reflects the government’s continued commitment to strengthening India’s agricultural ecosystem and empowering rural communities,’ according to CM Tamang.
