the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the Electoral Roll – Phase III, conducted from 30th May to 28th
June 2026 across all six districts of the State.
The Special Intensive Revision has been undertaken in accordance with the directions of the Election
Commission of India (ECI) to ensure that the electoral roll remains accurate, inclusive, transparent
and free from ineligible or duplicate entries, while simultaneously ensuring that every eligible citizen
is provided adequate opportunity to be enrolled as an elector.
