In Part No. 4, Diesel Power House, a total of 50 notices were issued. Hearings were completed in 44 cases, while six cases were adjourned for subsequent hearings. Following verification of the records, 13 rejection orders were issued.
Likewise, in Part No. 1, Upper M.G. Marg, 53 notices were served. Hearings were concluded in 39 cases, while 21 cases were rescheduled. Of these, 14 were deferred due to the absence of the concerned individuals, while seven were adjourned despite their presence to facilitate further procedural requirements. Two speaking orders were issued after detailed examination of the cases.
In Part No. 5, Diesel Power House, 52 notices were issued. Hearings were conducted in 41 cases, while 11 cases were rescheduled. The proceedings culminated in the issuance of 12 speaking orders following due examination of the records.
The notice hearing process under the Special Intensive Revision will continue in a phased and sequential manner across the remaining Assembly Constituencies under Gangtok District.
