Gangtok 10th May: A Sarwa Dharma and Sarwa Jatiya Sabha ( meeting) was held at Manan Kendra auditorium,today.The Governor OP Mathur was also present . CM PS Tamang along with his Cabinet ministers and MLAs was also present.
A Resolution was proposed by Minister Pintso Namgyal Lepcha and seconded by Minister RDD Arun Upreti,at the programme organised by Govt of Sikkim.Gov and CM addressed the gathering about the present. situation
Once the Resolution was accepted by the gathering raising hands,it was signed by the Governor,followed by CM.It was also signed by all the religious groups who happened to offer prayers for peace in the country and strength to the soldiers defending the nation.
Earlier, different religious persons offered prayers for peace,including Buddhist Monks,Pundits,Rev Joseph Tamang and group,Muhammad Ajger Ali,Baba Amrik Singh,Brahmakumaris,Rai Monpas Limboo Phedangpas and Lepcha bomgthings.@ PS Tamang CM@ Pintso Namgyal minister@ Arun Upreti minister# resolution for solidarity.
