Jaipur, Rajasthan, May 5th:
Speaker, Sikkim Legislative Assembly, Mingma Norbu Sherpa along with Secretary, Lalit Kumar Gurung, Principal Director, Karma Tshering Gyatso Bhutia Sikkim Legislative Assembly Secretariat and PS to Speaker, Aadarsh Chhetri, Sikkim Legislative Assembly arrived at Jaipur, Rajasthan to attend the meeting of “Committee of Presiding Officers to Review the Committee System” to be held at Rajasthan Legislative Assembly on 5th May, 2026.
The committee comprises of Hon’ble Speakers of seven different States namely, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa and Sikkim. Shri Narendra Singh Tomar, Hon’ble Speaker, Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly is the Chairman of the Committee.
