Gangtok:23rd MP Darjeeling Raju Bista has been appointed BJP incharge for Sikkim.Highlighting his vision for the organisation in the State,MP said, ‘In Sikkim, my priority will be to work closely with our BJP Sikkim State leadership and karyakartas at every level. We will work to strengthen the organisational structure, and deepen our connection with the people. We will address the aspirations and concerns of citizens effectively. We will strive to build an organisation that is inclusive and firmly rooted at the grassroots.’
‘MP Bista said he has accepted this responsibility with due humility and a deep sense of honour. ‘ For me, in addition to this being an organisational assignment, it is also an opportunity to serve the party, our karyakartas, the people of Sikkim, and improve coordination with the NDA Alliance partners.
MP Bista has expressed ‘gratitude to the Prime Minister , Narendra Modi , the BJP National President Nitin Nabin and the senior leadership of the party for reposing their trust and confidence, and entrusting him with the responsibility of BJP State In-charge for Sikkim.’
