Gangtok:13th May: CM PS Tamang has congratulated TBA,today.He has congratulated Sikkim Tamang Buddhist Association and entire organizing committee as also family members of late J.Theeng ,on the occasion of the unveiling of the Statue of popular poet Late Jeevan Theeng.
CM Tamang in his congratulatory message has said.’would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations and express gratitude to all the organizations and representatives of the organization involved in this work.
Poet Jeevan Theeng, known as the soulful poet of literature lovers, has left an indelible contribution and mark on Nepali literature in his short life. His creations strongly highlight the love of the motherland, social awareness and cultural identity.’
CM said , ‘want to say that his statue unveiling is not only a respect for a writer but also respect for the literary and cultural pride of Sikkim. His timeless words will continue to inspire future generations.I would like to express my heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to all concerned’.
