The workshop was organised to make out the roadmap for the upcoming Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan in celebration of the 80th Independence Day of India. Deo,said Abhiyan was important
for strengthening the spirit of patriotism, national unity, and pride in the Tricolour.He also addressed a meet for Siliguri functionaries there ,before doing so for Sikkim BJP workers exclusively.
The participants expressed ‘commitment to execute the nationwide Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour, encouraging every household in Sikkim to proudly hoist the National Flag and commemorate the 80th Independence Day with unity, pride, and a deep sense of national responsibility, according to State BJP .
The workshop was attended by BJP Sikkim State President DR Thapa , Vice President NK Subba, General Secretaries, members of the State Executive Committee, and members of the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan Committee. Deliberations focused on effective planning, public outreach, and ensuring enthusiastic participation across every district, mandal, and booth in the State.
It is well known that Indian Independence Day is celebrated on 15th August and PM Narendra Modi had launched the campaign to inculcate sense pf pride and patriotism nationwide.
