Gangtok:13th July : Minister RDD Arun Upreti has greeted public on the Birth Anniversary of pioneer poet Bhanu Bhakta Acharya. He has said ,’On the auspicious occasion of the 212th Birth Anniversary of ‘great’ poet Adikavi Bhanu Bhakta Acharya, I extend my warmest greetings and best wishes to the people of Sikkim. Bhanu Jayanti is celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect across the state, honoring the greatest Nepali writer of all time.’
‘Adikavi Bhanu Bhakta Acharya’s contribution in promotion of Nepali language will always be remembered as a medium of uniting the Nepali speaking communities all over the world.’
IMinister Upreti has urged the people to follow the footsteps of Adikavi Bhanu Bhakta and keep the literary flag flying high. And has added ,’May this occasion bring peace, prosperity, and progress, and strengthen the bond of brotherhood among the people of Sikkim.’
