5112 forms distributed on the 4th Day of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026 of Electoral Rolls H2H Enumeration Forms Distribution in Soreng District
Soreng, June 2 : On the fourth day of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026 of Electoral Rolls, undertaken by the Election Commission of India to ensure a clean, accurate and updated electoral roll in Soreng district a total of 5112 forms were distributed today.
The details of the Enumeration Forms distributionare as follows:
AC 05- RINCHENPONG CONSTITUENCY: 1252
AC 06- DARAMDIN CONSTITUENCY: 1203
AC 07- SORENG CHAKHUNG CONSTITUENCY: 1142
AC 08- SALGHARI-ZOOM CONSTITUENCY: 1515
Total: 5112 Enumeration Forms distributed.
It is informed that the door-to-door exercise will continue till June 28, 2026. During their visits, BLOs will reach every household to distribute Enumeration Forms and assist electors in verifying and updating their electoral details. Electors are requested to carefully check particulars such as their name, age, address, photograph, EPIC number and family details before submitting the duly filled forms.
The Special Intensive Revision aims to ensure the inclusion of all eligible citizens in the electoral roll, remove names of deceased, shifted and duplicate electors, correct errors in voter information and maintain the accuracy and transparency of the electoral rolls.
Electors are requested to extend full cooperation to the BLOs during the house-to-house verification process and submit their Enumeration Forms within the prescribed timeline.
For assistance, electors may contact their respective BLOs, visit the offices of the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) or Assistant Electoral Registration Officer (AERO), use the Voter Helpline App, or call Helpline Number 1950.
Political parties, through their Booth Level Agents (BLAs), are also participating in the exercise to promote transparency and wider public participation.
District Election Officer, Soreng, has appealed to all eligible electors to cooperate with Booth Level Officers during the house-to-house verification process to ensure an accurate and updated electoral roll.
