9th May: Swearing in ceremony of Shubendu Adhikari,has taken place in Kolkota, coinciding with the Rabindra Jayanti, today. Adhikari sworn in as the Chief Minister defeated former CM Mamata Banerjee. This is the first ever BJP Govt being formed in West Bengal. PM , Amit Shah and Raj Nath Singh have arrived in Kolkota for swearing in. As also CMs of 20 States,including CM PS Tamang.
CM Shubendu Adhikari has been sworn in by the Governor R N Ravi. Adhikari took oath in Bangla.
Others who have been sworn in include Dilip K Ghosh, Agnimitra Paul( F),Ashok Kirtniya. ( More Later).
