Chairperson National Commission for Women V Rahatker wishes the VP of India Jagdish Dhankar on his birthday.
VP was scheduled to visit Sikkim from 17-18th May,in that case he would have celebrated his birthday in Gangtok.As his visit has been cancelled now it’s in Delhi .
