Gangtok,29th August : Chief Minister PS Tamang has been ranked as the best performing CM. He has on the occasion said ,’ Being ranked as the best-performing Chief Minister among small states in the latest India Today, Mood of the Nation (MOTN) poll conducted in August 2025, with a 54% approval rating in the India Today–CVoter Survey, is not merely a personal milestone’.
