Gangtok:21st :SRM University Sikkim has been made aware of an alleged incident involving a faculty member that is reported to have occurred outside the University premises. The University is cooperating fully with the concerned authorities and will extend all support as required under law.
Pending the outcome of due process, the individual concerned has been suspended from all roles and responsibilities with immediate effect.
SRM University Sikkim maintains a zero-tolerance approach towards any conduct that is inconsistent with the law and the ethical standards expected of members of the academic community,’according to the Registrar SURM University.
