Gangtok,:4th April: Sikkim State BJP thanked CM PSTamang and sll other workers of SKM party for their cooperation and help in course of Urbal Local Body elections. ‘This has strengthened the SKM & BJP State alliance. Parties are in alliance at centre and state both.
According to BJP State, SKM party shared 6 seats. They have a big hand in making BJP candidates return unopposed . It gives us opportunity to helping in development of Sikkim , serve people and do something for the welfare of people. We are brothers and workers and will work together.
It is to be pointed out that on the last day of withdrawal , after SKM candidates withdrew from 6 seats the BJP has 4,One of their nominations rejected, 1 to be contested. SKM has registered unopposed/ uncontested return from 57 out of 63 total Seats for ULB.
