Assistant Director General, Ministry of Tourism Bharti K Sharma arrive at Bagdogra Airport
Siliguri, June 3 : Assistant Director General, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, Ms Bharti K Sharma, along with Assistant Director, Ministry of Tourism, Amit Raj, and other officials from Ashok Events (ITDC) and the Regional Office (North East), Ministry of Tourism, arrived at Bagdogra Airport today.
The officials are on a four-day recce visit to Sikkim from 3rd to 6th June 2025 regarding the 13th Edition of the International Tourism Mart, 2025.
The event, jointly organised by the Ministry of Tourism and the Government of Sikkim, is proposed to be held at Pelling, West Sikkim, during mid-November 2025.
The officials were warmly received by In-charge, Adeline Chettri, and officials from TIC Bagdogra Station.(Report from IPR Unit Siliguri).
