Gangtok:5th March: Ruling Sikkim Krantikari Morcha party Spokespersons, including, Jacob Khaling,Bikas Basnet interacted with the media here on Thursday at Party HQ. Senior Spokesperson Tamling ,was also present with Krishna Lepcha and Sanjay D.
To begin with Spokesperson Bikas Basnet, refuted certain statements of former CM PK Chamling, who had said yesterday that present Govt happened to sell off all the assests to outside companies.
Basnet said,’ That is wrong .He should not
say baseless things .About Chamling stressing on restoration of democracy,Basnet hoghlighted that ‘He ( PKC) never had democracy ( during his tenure).He has been dreaming of coming back to power and restoring democracy in thats ridiculous! Having ruled for 25 years he should not talk without proof any baseless things,’ added Spokesperson, condemning what he described as baseless allegations.
