Sikkim wins Gold Award for Best Trekking Circuit at Outlook Traveller Awards 2025
Gangtok24th Nov :: Sikkim has received national recognition at the Outlook Traveller Awards 2025, held at a hotel in New Delhi.
The state has won the Gold award for ‘Best Trekking Circuit in India’ for the Goecha La–Dzongri Circuit ,West Sikkim.
Minister , Tourism & Civil Aviation T. T. Bhutia, addressed the gathering . At
the Outlook Traveller Awards, Sikkim was acknowledged as one of the leading states championing green, community-oriented tourism, a recognition that reinforces the State Government’s long-standing dedication to balancing development with ecological preservation.
