Gangtok:13th Nov: Lone Sikkim MP Lok Sabha Indra Hang Subba, has been nominated as a Member of the Joint Committee on the Constitution (One Hundred and Thirtieth Amendment) Bill, 2025; the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill, 2025; and the Government of Union Territories (Amendment) Bill, 2025.
It is a prestigious responsibility to serve on this vital Parliamentary Committee, which seeks to strengthen the constitutional and administrative framework of the nation. MP Subba has extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Ms. Aparajita Sarangi , on being appointed as the Chairperson of the Committee.
MP Subba, has expressed his sincere gratitude to the Speaker, Lok Sabha, and the leadership for the trust and confidence reposed in him. He looks forward to contributing meaningfully to the discussions and deliberations on these three landmark Bills,as per information from office of MP.
