Sikkim’s 1st State Level MLA Veterans 40+ Gold Cup Football Tournament ’25
Gangtok:24th Nov:Denzong Losoong Celebration Committee ’25,is going to host 1st State Level MLA Veterans 40+ Gold Cup Football Tournament,’announced Bishnu Sharma. Bishnu Sharma, Additional Political Secretary to CM, said , ‘ The Tournament is being organised on the occasion of Losoong festival. All the constituencies can send one team each. It will be played at KRG Ground Ralong. There is no entry fee . Lucrative prizes include Rs 10 Lakhs for the winner and Rs 5 Lakhs to the runner up. ‘Besides this trophy will also be given.
B.Tshering former Footballer, said prize money has been sponsored by Patron of the even and contractor Tashi Gyalpo Bhutia.All are invited to see all [be matches.Fixture for [he tournament will be drawn on 29th Nov.
Others from the team included Narayan Gurung CLC President and SK Rai OSD to MLA.
According to the Celebrations Committee,Each player has to bring Voter Card, id Card, Aadhar Card .At 1 pm on 29th they will stop receiving entries .
Sikkim already has Governors Gold Cup ,CM ‘s and now [hey will have one in the name of MLAs also.
