According to C M PS Tamang, ‘It was truly a delightful and heartwarming experience for him to celebrate the joyous festival of Deepawali with the in-house staff of Mintokgang, the his Office, and Samman Bhawan, along with the ever-dedicated security and IRB personnel at his official residence’.
