Gangtok:4th March :34th Foundation Day of Sikkim Democratic Front Party ,chaired by Former CM PK Chamling, had quite a response.They passed 16 Resolutions. Major Resolutions include, Condemnation of selling of Intellectual Property Right to a private Organic University. This has been condemned as also defamation of Sikkim Organic by selling Haryana and other state’s inorganic produce abroad in the name of Sikkim as Organic.
2Based on the ‘ Verdict of SC party opposes the violation of 371 F dont want any change only demand it to be intact. Also resolved that SKM should restore all the Old Laws of State and protect those.’ SDF passed Resolution to restore democracy.
3 SDF condemning the financial scams, said ‘ We want State and Centre both to be accountable and answerable towards public. Centre and State should be transparent about Financial irregularities . ‘
