SDF Party Holds Meeting to Chart Future Course
Gangtok : 19th Oct:The Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF) Party successfully convened a critical District Level Meeting for Namchi District yesterday at Ghurpisey at 10:00 AM. The meeting, chaired by M. B. Subba, saw the participation of key party functionaries to deliberate on the party’s strategic direction.
The main agenda of the District Level Meeting was a comprehensive discussion on future plans and strengthening the party organization at the grassroots level.
Attendees included party leaders such as Komal Chamling, Incharge of Chelli Morcha, and Ramesh Rai, Namchi District President. Their insights were instrumental in shaping the strategic discussions.
A significant part of the meeting involved welcoming newly appointed members to pivotal roles within the party structure, aimed at invigorating the organization.
The party announced the following key appointments:
Nirmal Chetri has been appointed as Vice President (State Level).
Urgen Sherpa has been appointed as District Vice President (Namchi District).
Prakash Kumar Rai has been appointed as District General Secretary (Namchi District).
