Madam Krishna Rai shares her experience during visit to Brahmakumari Centre ,Namchi, today . ‘It was a pleasure to attend the Pre-Raksha Bandhan Celebrations at “Brahmakumaris Iswarya Vishwa vidyalaya” at Namchi. Traditionally Raksha Bandhan is a cherished festival that symbolises the deep bond of love and protection between brothers and sisters where brothers vow to protect their sisters and stand by them through all of life’s challenges.
At Brahma Kumari’s Center this beautiful tradition extends beyond the bond of biological siblings that fosters a sense of unity, care, and mutual respect in society. The Brahmakumari Centre, with its spiritual focus, every year adds a profound dimension to the Raksha Bandhan celebration where they gift us with blessings and tie a knot “Rakhi” symbolising a protection from the divine God and emphasise the values of love, peace and protection that Raksha Bandhan embodies. Being part of such a meaningful event filled my heart with joy and reinforced the importance of nurturing the bonds of a brother and a sister and also know about the unconditional love and blessings of God.’
