MP Darjeeling Raju Bista asks Police Commissioner to take proper action on Complaint of Gorkha Youth
Gangtok,5th August: It was a shocking story of racism in Siliguri,when certain Nepali speaking youth were allegedly insulted .
MP Lok Sabha Raju Bista, reacting to the incident has written to the Police,in Siliguri.MP Bista has said, ‘ Ms. Ronita Lama and other Gorkha youths residing in Hakimpara, Siliguri have complained about a serious incident of racial abuse. I have been informed that the complaint regarding the incident has been registered at Siliguri Police Station. I request your intervention to ensure fair and objective investigation’
