Gangtok: 30th August : Puja Sharma, Amit Shah Youth Brigade (Women Wing) has strongly condemned ,what she has described as ‘ the shameful, irresponsible, and violent remarks made by Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra against the Union Home Minister Amit Shah ji.’
‘Her outrageous statement — that “Amit Shah’s head should be cut off and put on the table” — is not just an insult to a senior constitutional authority, but also a grave assault on the dignity of India’s democratic ethos. Such violent rhetoric reflects political bankruptcy, exposes the mindset of intolerance within sections of the Trinamool Congress, and sets a dangerous precedent for public discourse.’
‘As women political and social activists and members of the Amit Shah Youth Brigade, we are particularly appalled that MP Moitra has stooped to such levels of indecency. Words have consequences, and when a public representative resorts to language of violence, it legitimizes hatred, encourages lawlessness, and threatens national unity.’
‘We firmly believe that differences in politics must be expressed through debate, dialogue, and democratic processes—never through calls for violence. Mahua Moitra’s remark is not only a direct insult to the Hon’ble Home Minister, but also an affront to every Indian who values democracy, civility, and respect in public life.’

1. Unconditional Public Apology from Mahua Moitra to Minister ,Amit Shah ji and to the people of India.
2. Disciplinary Action by the Trinamool Congress against their MP for bringing shame upon parliamentary decorum.
3. Legal Action as per the laws of the land, since her words amount to a threat against a constitutional office holder.
