
MLA Aditya Golay attends finals of 34th Sikkim State Badminton Championship-2025
Gangtok,25th August:MLA Aditya Golay addressing the closing ceremony of Badminton Tournament,as the Chief Guest, here today assured support from Govt,.’ CM PS Tamang and all those associated with Sports, have been doing all for betterment of different sports & games in Sikkim.He even wishes to have good Badminton players here Earlier .Sports were not attached significance,’ said Golay.He was speaking at Indoor Badminton Hall.The Tournament was held by the BAS affiliated to Badminton Association of India.
Chief Minister PS Tamang has even envisioned a Badminton Academy,there are already Archery and Boxing academies worth mentioning.Now a days Youth are active not only in Sports but in different fields ,including Music .We hear of participation from State even in Nepal reality shows.CM has been supporting all you might have known it from social media posts.He even supported in Soreng District.You people have a good leader in PS Tamang I feel,’ added Aditya Golay.Soreng -Chakhung MLA.
MLA gave away trophies and he was joined by others to felicitate all the participants.
Earlier,Chief Guest was welcomed by President ,BAS Jacob Khaling and other members of Association.
