Gangtok:20th Dec: Chief Minister PS Tamang has extended festival greetings to people of Sikkim , particularly Bhutias and Lepchas.In his message CM, has said ‘,On the auspicious occasion of Losoong and Namsoong, I convey my warmest greetings and best wishes to the people of Sikkim, with special regard to our Bhutia and Lepcha communities’.
