Gangtok:5th March: Former CM Pawan Chamling,appealing to CM PS Tamang , said, ‘ All the Labour class petsons should be given Rs 30 Thousand per month, so that tbey have Rs 01, Thousand per day.
‘The Unemployed Youth should be given Rs 10 Thousand .’
‘Electricity bills should be waived and free electricity should be provided.Where ever,hostels are not available Govt should provide house rent to the students.’
Chamling,also the Party President Sikkim Democratic Front,annpunced that if his Govt is mandated in the next Polls,he will make the State Carbon Negative.He described his next tenure policey as the ,New Deal Mission( different from FD Roosevelt’s New Deal in the US).That, he said will contribute towards setting Sikkim right!70% of budget will be allocated to rural sector( as it was during his earlier terms).All would get equal opportunity to earn.All may expect to become Crorepatis.’
Party President Chamling announced ,’ Rs 20 Thousand will be provided to each farmer.And bio- Dynamic Agriculture will be carried out.Eco -Tourism and clean Industries will be developed.Once Carbon Negative it will become wellness hub.Youth to get at least one job,making it a fundamental right.
‘Will make Sikkim economically strong.Law & Order will prevail ,guilty will be punished.And we will free people of poverty in Sikkim!’added Pawan Chamling.
