- Landslide Defection from CAP :200 Families and a CAP CandidateJoin SKM
Sept 10: Under the leadership of Chief Minister and SKM Party President, around 200 families from CAP, and SDF, , along with Hari Chandra Chettri, 2024 CAP candidate from Namthang Rateypani and 45 of his supporters, joined the SKM Party in SKM Party Office Constituency under Namthang-Rateypani Constituency today.
The joining ceremony was held in the presence of Sanjeet Kharel MLA and Advisor, Power Department, Namthang-Rateypani Constituency, Shadav Sharma; Chairperson Contractor Association Political Secretary to Jacob Khaling,
Bhim Dhungel SKM CEC Vice President, Vice President (Youth Wing, State Level) Narendra Shreshta OSD Jiwan Subba; SKM Spokesperson Kabita Sapkota, and other SKM Party members.
MLA warmly welcomed all the new joiners to the SKM Party, assuring them of collective progress and inclusive growth. Jacob Khaling also extended his welcome, highlighting the strong foundation and vision of the SKM Party. He further stated that MLA Sanjeet Kharel is the right representative for Namthang-Rateypani Constituency, as he has consistently brought required development and addressed public demands across every sector in the region.
The mass joining was termed a significant boost to the SKM’s strength in the constituency, reflecting the growing trust in the party’s leadership and governance.
