A complaint has been lodged against Facebook user Mr. Bishnu Adhikari, operating under the profile “SDF 17 Singtam Khamdong,” for allegedly posting a defamatory and propaganda-based reel targeting Health Minister G.T. Dhungel.
The content, uploaded on 27 November, remains public and is reportedly intended to damage the Minister’s reputation. The matter is expected to proceed under cyber and defamation laws.
