Chairman Health & Family Welfare Phurba Rinzing Sherpa Inaugurates Ananta Tiffins Outlet
Gangtok,24th Feb: Chairman Phurbs Rinzing Sherpa,inaugurating the outlet of Ananta Tiffins in Old STNM hospital premises just next to the Over Bridge ,said, ‘ The people need to have hygienically prepared food for keeping good health. Bupal Shiwa, approached me saying in order to help students who find it difficult to pay their rents and meet other expenditures while studying,he is starting a project.I am supporting as the patron. It is a noble idea and will go a long way with good results .Others will be inspired too.’He has invested in it initially.
- Chairman added, ‘ They will be serving healthy food including millet preparations ,momos and other items .Wish them all the success’.He went as far as serving on the first day ,VIP serving made the customers ,mostly youngsters surprised !
Bhupal Shiwa,the youth operating the Ananta Tiffins,said, ‘ My type of Youth run after jobs,but for earning one can go for self entrepreneurship. We had approached Chairman of Health ,he agreed and came forward to support.We will continue to begin with for a month.’
Thanking the Chairman Sherpa for initial investment,he stated that the girls working with the ATs are also students .They attend classes which go on for 3 hours and after that come and serve here.They are participating as they dont want others to suffer like they had to.Paying for uniform,rents ,books and what not had been a problem.So through the proceeds of AT we will help students .
‘Our people do not engage in such things (fast food) Only others do it.But we want to serve healthy clean food to one and all.’ He appealed to every one to come and enjoy the food while contributing indirectly towards students;’ welfare.
First day saw ATs serving /selling PUCKA,aLOO MIMI AND aLOO cHEWRA.
