According to BJP Sikkim, ‘Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have expressed profound pain and have assured Central Government ‘s prompt support for rescue and relief efforts’.
‘We appreciate the commitment of the Central Government to deploy NDRF teams for evacuations, debris clearance, and infrastructure restoration. We also commend the proactive measures led by MP Shri Raju Bista .’
