Gangtok,25 th August : A delegation of karyakartas from the BJP State unit, led by Pooja Sharma, State Executive, along with Bikash Prasad, General Secretary, Bypari Morcha, Surendra Agrawal, General Secretary, Bypari( business community Front) Morcha, and Tika Ram Adhikari, Mandal President, West Pendam, called upon Harsh Malhotra Union Minister of State, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
The delegation submitted a plea for the immediate repair and restoration of National Highway 10 (NH-10), which serves as the sole lifeline connecting Siliguri to Sikkim and is indispensable to the daily lives and economic sustenance of the people of the State.
Minister gave a positive response to the representation and assured the team that necessary action would be taken at the earliest to address the pressing issue.
