Arunachal Chief Minister Sh Pema Khandu, Visits Yangang
Yangang :16th Nov: Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Pema Khandu reached Yangang today, where he visited the Dhappar–Bhalaydhunga Ropeway Project and the upcoming Bhalaydhunga Skywalk Project.
Upon his arrival at Yangang, he was joined by
Dy. Speaker & Area MLA . Raj Kumari Thapa,followed by warm reception by Political Secretary to CM ,Bikash Basnet.OSD to CM Karma Subba, SDM Yangang K.L. Dahal, BDO Yangang Smt. Needay Bhutia, CLC President Tangayla Namkha, along with zilla Panchayats Panchayat President,Panchayats Mambers , local stakeholders, and members of the community.Prominent among those prezent included Additional Chief Secretary Tourism,CS Rao.
CM Arunachal Pradesh ,Pema Khandu thoroughly visited the project sites and received a detailed briefing on the engineering marvels under progress. He lauded Chief Minister of Sikkim,
Prem Singh Tamang (Golay) for such transformative projects, stating that these developments will significantly boost the tourism potential of Yangang and Sikkim as a whole.
The technical specifications and progress details were meticulously presented by Secretary (Tourism) Neeraj Pradhan and the project team.
During the visit, Pema Khandu was also presented with local fruits, organic products, and traditional handloom items as a token of love and respect from the people of Sikkim. After that he also visited the serene tourism attraction ‘Tig Day Cho’ Lake.
Before his departure, he conveyed his heartfelt thanks to the people of Sikkim for their warm hospitality, reception, and affection throughout his visit. Arunachal Pradesh CM Khandu was on official visit to Sikkim to attend International Tourism Mart for North Eastern Region held earlier in the Capital.
