The ALF was hosted in Yuksum earlier by SKM Students wing as we were taking care of the wing,joined by Jaipur Literature Fest But Sikkim has lots of human resurces.Now State is going to it,in collaboration with Jaipur .’
MLA Golay had proposed on the foor of the house in the Legislative Assebly that it would be better if the Fest could be hosted by Govt.CM agreed later.But 24 it could not be held due to elections and 25 also it wasnt held Now this year it has been decided that the Student’s Welfare Board under Education will be doing it.
MLA in the special Video Message released by him has also informed that many authors artists have been invited.To name a few -ADB awardee A Bhattacharya,C K,Kelley Dorjee ,SD Dhakal,Roselina Chamling and many others
