Gangtok:6th April:The heavy Snowfall along Lachen – Dinkyla – Shiv mandir , North Sikkim on sent all concerned on feet. Indian Army. Border Roads Organization and Disaster Management Authority wirh concerned locals did their best to clear the route. But due to bad weather they had to stop midway. The rpute for tourists also could not be cleared from Lachen back to their destination. On Tuesday itself work will resume.
However . it has been informed that the District Collector North and Superintendent of Police will be visiting the place on Tuesday.
