Siliguri:29th March: MP Darjeeling Raju Bista ,inaugurated the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)Media Centre in Siliguri. ‘This marks a proud and significant milestone, as it is the second such centre in West Bengal after Kolkata. It has been established to strengthen the party’s communication network across North Bengal,’said Bista.
Highlighting the importance of the centre,MP said the # ‘The newly set-up Media Centre will serve not merely as a facility but as a dynamic platform to share facts connect more effectively with the people of the region. It will highlight the development initiatives of the Central Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, and reach the information about various welfare sc washemes to the people directly. It will also play a vital role in countering misinformation and ensuring that accurate and responsible information reaches the public.’
MP Bista said ,’Siliguri, being the gateway to the Northeast, holds immense strategic and economic importance. Key regional issues such as infrastructure development, tourism promotion, revival of the tea industry, border security, and public welfare will receive focused attention through this initiative.

I am confident that this Media Centre will become a space for clear and responsible communication as we work towards ensuring a better future for the people of our region and the state, ‘ said MP.
