Sikkim International Film Festival 2026: Bhutanese and Indian Guests arrive
Gangtok, March 18 Guests and participants from Bhutan , Nepal and from within the country have arrived today, for International Film Festival 2026 here.
Participants from Bhutan included Chief Program Officer, Mrs Kiba Lhaden, Assistant Program Officer Ms Sujan Gurung, Assistant Information and Media Officer Ms Galey Yonzon, Actress Ms Kinley Eudruma and, Producer and Distributor Ms Tshering Dolkar.They were recieved by PI Rural Development Department (GoS), Ms Nima Choden Bhutia and Commercial Tax Inspector GoS, Ms Karma TY Bhutia with khadas and gift tokens.
Among the delegatesfrom Mumbai and other places , who have reached the state are Ms Shubhangi Dutt, Ms Disha Khemlani, Mr Nigam Bomzon, Ms Cuckoo Parmeswaram, Ms Supriya Suri, Mr Nitin Tej Ahuja, Ms Jenish Pharari, Ms Susmriti Shrestha and Mr Abhijeet Singha along with other filmmakers, actors, and industry professionals representing diverse regional film industries.
Upon their arrival, the delegates were warmly received by Ms Deepti Pradhan DIO Namchi, Ms Deeki Doma Bhutia DIO Pakyong along with officials from IPR Department and their respective Liaison Officers.
