Gangtok:22nd Feb: Sikkim Chief Minister PS Tamang condemning the activities of Congress party during the AI Summit ,has said that he ‘strongly condemns actions of the Congress party at a time when India is hosting the prestigious Global AI Summit in New Delhi, showcasing its rapid strides in innovation and technological advancement before the international community.’
CM Tamang said further ,’As the nation strives to strengthen its position as a global technology leader, such disruptions risk undermining our credibility at a moment of significant international attention. While political opposition is a vital pillar of democracy, attempts by Congress that cast a shadow on India’s global image are neither responsible nor acceptable.’
CM opined , ‘National interest must always take precedence over partisan politics, especially when India’s progress is being showcased on the global stage.’
