Gangtok:31st Jan: National School of Drama, Sikkim Centre, here is all set to organise the 25th edition of Bharat Rang Mahotsav, Sikkim Chapter from 1st to 4th February ’26.
‘The world’s largest International theatre festival organised by NSD, started from 27th Jan at Delhi. It will be presented on a grand scale till 20th Feb’26, ‘said Director NSD,Sikkim, Souti Chakraborty, here.
NSD ,will be staying Jeth Rangreni Sansa’ in Assamese and Rabha at NSD studio theatre,on 1st Feb,Tungabhadrar Tire in Bengali on 2nd Feb,Nandini Ebong also in Bengali on 3rd and Shankar in Nepali on 4th February.
NSD under Union Ministry of Culture will present 238 Indian plays and 12 foreign plays during the period till 20rh Feb.Besides presenting plays within the country they will be doing so in Mauritius, Newzealand and other countries.
