Gangtok:19th Jan: Chief Minister PS Tamang has greeted Tamang community on their New Year ,Sonam Lochhar,today. He has said, ‘ I convey my heartiest wishes to everyone in Sikkim on the festive and auspicious occasion of Sonam Lochhar.’
