Gangtok:29th Nov:Sikkim Mulniwasi Suraksha Sangh,headed by Ratanlal Sapkota, attracting attention of the Election Commission of India,has demanded Special Intensive Revision in Sikkim to be done on the basis of Sikkim Subject Act, 1974.Sikkim Citizenship Order 1975 and Sikkim Citizenship Amendment Order 1989.
‘SIR ,on the basis of 1974 Voters list is essential,in view of the special provisions of the Article 371F.’
Sapkota has gone further to say, ‘ Get your Voter cards transferred to your own States.Sikkim is not a Dharamshala( free resthouse ) where anyone encroaching can settle down.Let married women get their Voter Cards shifted to their husband’s State .
